Ain’t gonna lie, y’all. My writing productivity is off the charts now that the club is closed. The irony of the club is that it was highly productive for our members, but it had the opposite effect on me.
I don’t regret anything about the club, but I am happy to feel the freedom to write like I used to. I’m surpassing my daily word counts…

I’d vowed to stop writing non-fiction books, and here I am re-writing a book proposal. I was doing this for the end of September, but now I’m motivated to get it done now. Finishing a re-writing of the Divine Nine. The physical copy will be done before the end of August. It’s finishing the permissions. I never miss deadlines, but I missed this…

Big ups to chapter president Gerald Rawles for a great chapter retreat. Also, we learned that Pi Rho Lambda, aka the Inglewood Alphas, has moved from provincial chapter to permanent chapter.
That’s the work of a lot of Brothers who gathered, plotted out what type of alumni chapter they wanted, and then implemented it. We’re a reclamation…

I think I’ve found my new writing spot, but the only issue is that there’s no place to take a call for a meeting. It’s a coffee shop, so I guess they want people to drink their coffee and give up their tables, but I’d buy more coffee if they had a privacy booth. And guess what? We have three for sale. LOL
