Got some exciting things about to happen on the platform, boys and girls. First, we’re aiming to reach 50 people on the platform. Now, you may think that’s not a lot, but for a week since we opened our doors, that’s great. Just keep posting, discovering each other, commenting on new people’s pages, and clicking ‘like’ on posts you enjoy.
Second, I’ll be on the national XM radio show, Tell Me Everything with John Fugelsang, tonight at 8 p.m. PT, discussing why TheMetaphorClub.com exists and why I believe it’s at the cutting edge of a trend where people are looking to break away from corporate social media platforms.
On the site, look for some exciting new functions in the coming week. I’m integrating Zoom functionality so that we can all gather for Q&As, Happy Hour Trivia contests, and a variety of other programming. Speaking of trivia, I’m announcing a weekly contest soon, which will include prizes.
Finally, near the end of July, we’ll be launching learning modules on TheMetaphorClub.com, where you can enroll in workshops and classes taught by experts. More on that later.
