Happy Friday! As some of you may know, I am a producer/consultant in the world of film and tv. I moderated the MetaReads for a few years at the Metaphor Club and consult at Pixar, Walt Disney Feature Animation and Netflix. I was Lawrence Ross’ instructor in the UCLA MFA Screenwriting program and am now an Executive Producer at Royal Viking Entertainment (BLACK AND BLUE, WORTH, THE WASP) and co-founder of the film and tv writing consultancy ProPath Screenwriting.

In addition to Lawrence Ross my past students and consultation clients include Amy Aniobi (Insecure, Rap Shit, Survival of The Thickest); Felischa Marye (Bigger); Scott Kosar (he wrote The Machinist in one of my UCLA classes); Francesca Sloan (showrunner on Amazon’s Mr. and Mrs. Smith) and many others.

I have a ten session online film and tv writing course starting the week of September 22nd. Two sections: either Tuesdays from 11am to 2pm pst or Wednesdays from 6pm to 9pm pst. All meetings are live on zoom.

We go from concept to completed draft in ten meetings. Writers can either work on a feature script or a pilot. First draft or rewrite. These ProPath workshops have produced numerous contest winners including a script that was awarded the prestigious Nicholl Fellowship. One writer sold a script from the workshop for mid six figures to eOne and her script kickstarted her career. Others have used workshop scripts to secure agents or managers.
