I’m convinced that the Trumpers specifically, love him because perception-wise at least, he has managed to live in a way they could only dream of, and has thrived and won, doing so. He’s the personification of what they wish they could be and do:

– He unapologetically says whatever tf he wants, when and where he wants.
– He will NEVER apologize for his words or actions. He’ll double down even, and shrug if you don’t like it.
– He’s stinking rich, thus can buy or have whatever he wants: stuff, women, importance, etc.
– He is openly racist, bigoted, and sexist (or wink wink nudge nudges those things. But you know exactly what he means). He doesn’t like or have time for those people, believes they are beneath him in the food chain, and thinks they have specific “purposes” (to serve him). He won’t be scared into silence or political correctness. He doesn’t give a shit if you try to cancel him. This especially appeals to his largest group of followers, white men who believe themselves rightful kings of the hill.
– He gets the hot chicks. He never has to settle for ugly fat broads.

– He gets people to bend to his will and submit to him, and has the means to punish them if they don’t. Everyone kisses his ass (or else).

– He did all of the above, and the result is he became the damn President — twice! — the (perceived) single most powerful being on the planet. Hard to knock his results.
– He breaks every single societal norm and refuses to conform to any of the things society dictates we do. And he wins. He proves that’s all a lie. He is “free”.

OF COURSE it’s all built on a foundation of lies and crap and smoke and mirrors. It’s ultimately going to fail, fall, and end. But for a time, they get to think, what a man!

He has them out there thinking if they do as he does, they too can have what he has. And that’s why they gettin punched in the damn face when they try it with the dude in the grocery store 😅.
