QUESTION OF THE DAY for Saturday, July 5th:
I believe we’re squarely in Jim Crow 2.0. If we take that as a reasonable position, what are the little things you’re doing to adjust to the new reality?

Are you considering leaving your job to start something new?

What are you going to do with education if you have children headed off to college, but PWIs (predominantly white institutions) and HBCUs are under assault?

Are you contemplating leaving the country? If so, which one? Do you believe that leaving the country isn’t reasonable?
How will you be politically active, or are you withdrawing from politics altogether?
What NEW strategies do you think would be innovative ways to approach our new reality and our new threat?

When making your responses, make sure to incorporate the human element of the decision. Like, what happens to you or your community if you stay in the US or move abroad?
