The Convergence in Photography

The Convergence LA is pleased to welcome everyone to the Metaphor Club for the Fall Edition of “The Convergence in Photography.”
This inaugural launch of the quarterly series celebrates creative expression in such mediums as Art, Spoken Word, and Photography. In as much, we are pleased to host a group of amazing photographers, each with a unique voice and distinct perspective.
Join us for an evening of visual imagery and illuminating conversation as told through the camera lenses of these very exciting and talented photographers: Alfred Haymond, Mercedes Lee Akounou, Lawrence Evan Dotson and Audrey J. Owens.
The Convergence LA is committed to providing a creative space/platform which aims to inspire, cultivate and recognize the artistic capabilities that exist within our communities.
Refreshments, libations and music for all.
A portion of proceeds from the evening are graciously being donated to the Alpha Esquires and the 20 Pearls Heritage Foundation, a pair of community outreach organizations serving our college bound young men and women of color.
