So, I’m about three years past my re-writing deadline… yeah, this is insane, but it turned out to be a great thing. I wasn’t thrilled about updating my Divine Nine book, mainly because I thought the format was outdated. But when my editor permitted me to write an entirely different book, whew, baby, talking about freedom.

On Facebook, I talked about how last week, some of my white HS classmates tried to engage me in a discussion about race, racism, and Charlie Kirk, and one called me arrogant, condescending (guilty!) because I wouldn’t, and told him so, and wasted my time teaching him. And they were shocked and angry that I dared to know what I was talking…

I did just see a post on IG from the Kelce brothers New Heights Show where they had Freddie Freeman on. Freddie lets his son pick his walk up songs and he picked Bad Bunny. Pretty funny exchange about how the son doesn’t understand Spanish so they had to veto a song because of the lyrics.

Just saw an interesting perspective about this on Instagram. With Apple as the halftime sponsor and the recent release of their Airpods with translation capabilities, it may be a brilliant marketing move.
