Asked @april-ross to do a squat to see if she still had good knees. My girl rolled off about a good ten squats. I think she has about ninety left in her soul, but still…I was impressed!

Watched daughter’s team vs USC and then vs LMU. Played beach volleyball a couple days. Then played pickleball at friend’s house. That makes me think pickleball would be another good in person get together for Metaphor Club.

Good morning! I had to present a speech at a retirement party for a muck-a-muck from a large University system… instead of a traditional speech… I wrote and dedicated a poem to the individual. I flexed a different writing muscle and was pleased with the results.
